From our base in La Clusaz, we are already half way up the Col des Aravis and some stunning views of Mont Blanc
A few km downhill from us is Le Grand Bornand and the Col du Colombiere. From the Colombiere we have the Col de la Ramaz and the Col du Joux Plane
The Col de la Forclaz is the third way out of our valley from where we can head to the mountains or to the flat roads around Annecy. Overlooking the warm spring fed lake at Annecy are the Col de la Forclaz de Montmin, Col du Bluffy and Col du Semnoz.
Further afield we can either ride to or arrange transport to Sallanches, Albertville and the Col du Madeleine and over to the next valley is Lacets du Montvernier, Col du Glandon, Col de la Croix Fer, Col du Galibier with Alpe d'Huez and Col d'Izoard also reachable.
